CrossFit Women




Chris and I joined in on the Women's only work out on Saturday and we tackled the work out known as Helen (400m run, 21 KB swings, 12 pull ups x 3). If you are looking to get or stay in shape, join a fit community and make friends - here's your place. Despite the fact that Chris and I live in the same community and kids go to the same school (our 6th graders born on the same day!), I didn't get to know Chris until she joined in the Lake Pointe boot camp. How lucky I have been to get to know her! In addition to having enviable abs and arms, Chris is known to her fellow boot campers as the "3-minute planker"...
