The Games - The Glory

All the buzz around CrossFit Central for the last couple months, this last weekend, and for weeks to come has been and will be the CrossFit Games - and the team we sent from Austin to compete. Jeremy, Michael, Zachary, Lance, Kris, Ken, Richard, Lisa, Crystal... all made us proud. Hit their blogs and read all about it - because it's just amazing and motivating. Hit the CrossFit.com site and watch the video of the young girl competing - Kallista Pappas - it's simply mind-blowing.
