Last Tuesday noon work out - 10, 9, 8... reps count down of thrusters and 1, 2, 3... reps with the much dreaded ab roller - then throw in some 400 meter runs in between sets of 3. Easier than I can explain, but regardless, it put me on the ground afterward. Thanks to Carey for taking this shot - peace, love and CrossFit baby!
