CrossFit Kids is an awsome program that we got started in Lake Pointe thanks to Coach Therin Smith. Both my girls participate. This week is spring break - so the girls came to workout with me and the ladies of the 8:30 class - where both Coach Crystal McReynolds and Coach Therin put us in a competitive spirt. Slammers, dips, renegade rows, sprints, etc... Funny how the girls now talk about how hard they worked in boot camp, and how sore they are. Like mom, like daughters... Fitness for the girls is on Don and my goal list... making progress! Though I will say watch out world when the governor (4 year old) is ready for CrossFit -- you haven't seen competitive yet...
