For 2x per week for about a year now, I've been coached by a wonderful woman - Crystal McReynolds. She's relentless in making us surburban moms do all the reps and not cheat on form. When we whine -- she really does not care, which is a good thing.
I'm so very proud of Crystal for placing 3rd in the regional CrossFit Games qualifer - securing her spot for the International Games in Aromas in early July. Carey Kepler took first and Lance Cantu second - thus taking three places out of 6 who ranked first to third place for the male and female categories!
